JO MENZ
Jo studied Psychology and Social Work at University and has a long history of working within the social work field. Jo has experience working in aged care, mental health, domestic violence, youth, and disability services. Within her working history Jo has not only worked one on one with individuals, but she has also created and facilitated group programs. Jo enjoys working with anyone who is interested in making a positive change in their life, and she is prepared to work with you through this journey.
After working within the social work industry for a number of years, Jo recognised the link between good health and wellbeing and massage therapy, and the importance of a holistic outlook. As such Jo completed her Diploma in Massage Therapy and has been practicing massage therapy since 2017.
Jo is passionate about self-care and ensuring that all people are able to live their best lives possible. Within all of Jo’s work practices she values professionalism, and ensuring that she maintains a current understanding of best practice using evidence based research. Jo will ensure that all aspects of your time with her will be confidential and non-judgemental, and she will provide you with a relaxing environment to be able to feel safe and comfortable.
We live in a busy world with many stressors, big and small, and sometimes we need a little help to get through these times. With Jo’s vast experience in many different sectors, she hopes to be able to assist you manage this both through her social work practice and with her massage therapy.

SAM DACHS
Sam is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Family Therapy. Sam offers therapy and support services to children, adolescents, adults and families. Sam holds a Bachelor of Social Work with Honours and a Master’s degree in Family and Systemic Therapy.
Sam grew up in Queensland before he moved to Melbourne to finish his University Degrees. He moved to Keith in 2024 after living in Melbourne for ten years. Sam was drawn to Keith and the Limestone Coast as he hoped to build on his passion for supporting rural people and the communities they live in.
Sam has an empathetic, collaborative and eclectic approach in his work. He aims to create a warm, safe and fun space where people can explore what is most important for them. He believes in the importance of celebrating the good as well as taking time to work on the challenges and difficulties that arise throughout life stages. Sam has a variety of experience in the mental health and community sector and has worked in a range of roles including education, out of home care, and specialist mental health services. Sam has spent most of his career supporting individuals and families impacted by trauma, with a particular focus on trauma-informed therapies including EMDR.
Outside of work Sam enjoys reading, board games, photography, exploring new places and spending time with his dog who he is a therapy dog in training.
